Molly was raised in Indiana and moved to the Vail Valley in 1997 after graduating from the University of Michigan with a BA in Business Management. During her years at U of M, she played on the varsity women's golf team as a full scholarship athlete and earned consistent academic Dean's honors. After graduation, Molly moved to Vail with plans to enjoy a ski season before continuing her successes in the "real world." Like many local residents, she fell in love with the community and lifestyle of Vail and opted to make Eagle County her permanent home.

Molly stays active in the real estate community as a two-time elected director on the Vail Board of REALTORS Board of Directors. Her hardest yet most rewarding job is her role as mom to twin sons, Andrew and Luke, who are five years old. She enjoys golf, skiing, tennis, running, hiking, cooking and camping.
