Molly Griffin, CNE

Molly Griffin was raised in Indiana and is a graduate of The University of Michigan with a BA in Business Management.  She is still passionate about Wolverine athletics, having attended UM on a golf scholarship.   Molly has been living in the Vail Valley for 16 years, but her Midwestern roots embody her personality and work ethic.  She has a very caring, efficient and thorough manner that makes her easy to like and great to work with.  A very astute listener, Molly is able to quickly determine appropriate properties or marketing plans for her clients. 

Molly has been excelling at real estate in the Vail Valley for 12 years.  Molly is located in SSF’s Westin office, but her product knowledge spans Eagle County and she participates in sales across the valley.  In 2010, Molly was fortunate enough to be selected to co-list THE ASCENT Residences, a 49-condominium redevelopment project at the base of Beaver Creek.  Upon releasing these condominiums for sale, Molly and her partner successfully sold thirty-two in the first three weeks of sales, attracting the attention of Time Magazine and other national publications.  SSF President, Jim Flaum, refers to the sales launch and success at THE ASCENT “among the best in the history of the company.”  Molly earned the company’s “Going the Extra Mile” Award to her exemplary efforts marketing and listing THE ASCENT.  In 2009, Molly was awarded SSF’s "Customer Service" Award, an award solely based on client feedback.  Her dependable nature and ethical standards continue to earn her the respect of both clients and fellow brokers. 

Molly is committed to her career and recently completed a 3-year term on the Vail Board of Realtors Board of Directors.  She stays active in the community through volunteer efforts and as the proud mother of twin boys, Andrew and Luke (9 years old).  She loves to ski, practice yoga, play tennis and golf, run, hike and enjoy precious time with friends and family.  Molly, her two kids and her husband, Oliver, live in the Edwards neighborhood of Singletree.
